The program is targeted toward students in grades 3 to 8. The participants will develop essential life skills to promote their own physical, emotional/mental and social well-being. The intent is to ultimately enhance their overall health, school and home relationships, as well as their academic performance. They will develop leadership skills by teaching other youth what they are learning.
