One of the most powerful ways to support our community with your generous gift is to select one of the following funds which are used by the Foundation’s Board to give broadly to the community. These funds rely on the considerable expertise of the board in their understanding of the most current and most critical needs of the community. The foundation continuously tracks ongoing needs and, carefully reviews and evaluates organizations and their projects before awarding grants.

You can be assured that a gift to one of the following funds will be used wisely with high impact in making ours a healthy community.

The Healthy Community Fund

Give broadly to the community’s most pressing needs, optionally specifying focus Areas-of-Interest.

The Women’s Fund

Women get directly involved in reviewing, evaluating and recommending grant awards to the Foundation’s board. Minimum donation to this pooled fund is $100.

The Foundation General Operations Fund

Supports the office, staff, supplies, newsletters, this web site and all operational expenses, including fund raising costs.

The Foundation General Endowment

Provides a permanent fund whose earnings support the general giving of the Foundation.
