Submitting a Grant Application?
All organizations interested in submitting a grant application are required to maintain an up-to-date online profile with the Foundation. To get started, please contact the office, 378-1001 to request a username and password.
Every grant applicant is required to meet with Foundation representative(s) to discuss your project/program before the application is submitted. This process is designed to help you in the application process and to allow the Foundation to thoroughly understand the intent of your grant. Please contact the office to initiate a meeting, 378-1001. We would be happy to help.
Grants must be submitted electronically and in writing. The form below is a fillable pdf form. You will need the most recent version of Adobe Reader DC.
Please complete the form, email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to submit one executed hard copy before the grant deadline.
Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Incomplete applications will be returned.
In order for your grant to be considered in a timely manner, please be aware of the following application deadlines and be sure to schedule your pre-app meeting ahead of time:
- January 11th, 2016
- May 4th, 2016
- July 5th, 2016
- October 3rd, 2016
