Submitting a Grant Application?
If your organization is interested in submitting a grant application, you must meet with Foundation representative(s) to discuss your project before an application is submitted. This process is designed to help you with the application process and to allow the Foundation to thoroughly understand the intent of your grant.
It is also required that every grant applicant maintains an up-to-date online profile with the Foundation.
To schedule a pre-application meeting or to request a profile username and password, please contact the office at 378-1001. We would be happy to help.
To submit a grant application, please complete the form below and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you prefer, you are also welcome to drop off the application at the office.

Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Incomplete applications will be returned.
In order for your grant to be considered in a timely manner, please complete your application prior to the deadline dates below:

- June 12, 2017
- September 11, 2017
