Donations received at the County Fair for the following programs were matched 50% by the Foundation. Thanks to the generosity to well over 100 fairgoers, over $20,000 has been granted in support of the following featured projects:
- The Animal Protection Society for medical support for pets in foster care;
- The Ag Guild for the Brickworks project;
- Friends of Lime Kiln Society for their volunteer recruitment and training program;
- Hospice of San Juan for volunteer training;
- The Islands Museum of Art for K-12 arts program;
- New members for the SJICF Women’s Fund; and
- The Community Foundation’s General Scholarship and Career Scholarship Funds.
