Friends and Neighbors is a program run through the Senior Services Council of San Juan County for island residents who have a need for home support which is practical and social but not medically focused. The program works by assisting those who are aging or disabled and who may not have family or close neighbors to help them. There are no fees to participate. Friends and Neighbors is supported by grants and donations and volunteers.
