The San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild has been awarded a grant to facilitate an islands-wide survey of ag producers willing to commit to an online ordering system that will supply schools, restaurants and grocers by the end of 2018. The Agricultural Guild is collaborating with project partners to develop linkages between farmers, businesses and schools to create healthier communities while expanding economic opportunities for sustainable SJC farms through a food hub system.
