SJICF volunteer opportunities:
Women’s Fund Coordinator: 3-4 times per year.

- Prepare for Women’s Fund grants review committee meeting (1.5 hours)
- Assemble and email grant files to committee
- Prepare agenda
- Reserve meeting room or send zoom link
- Facilitate grant committee meeting (2 hours)
- Write Grant Committee meeting minutes (.5 hour)
- Prepare and send ballot preview email to WF membership (.5 hours)
- Send grant ballot to WF membership (.5 hours)
- Send vote results to WF membership (.5 hours)
- Write press release for latest grant cycle (1 hour)
- Prepare for Women’s Fund grants review committee meeting (1.5 hours)
Clerical work: 3-hour project once per quarter.
