School Outreach Events 2012
The San Juan Community Theatre is hoping to present two vibrant, interactive educational theatrical programs to island students as part of a partnership with Friday Harbor, Spring Street and Paideia schools to support the exposure and appreciation of the performing arts.
Every 15 Minutes
Every 15 minutes, someone dies in an alcohol or drug related motor vehicle collision in the United States. The "Every 15 Minutes" program seeks to substantially reduce these numbers by engaging high school students in a safe, dramatic, mock fatality situation.
Peace Island Medical Center
Good progress is being made on the construction of the new PeaceHealth Peace Island Medical Center. The project continues to be on time and on budget.
