Thanks to the generosity and vision of our donors, the Community Foundation is able to offer scholarships to eligible high school graduates for higher education and career training opportunities for all ages. Scholarships can open doors to advanced education and provide an incentive to realize ones’ dreams.

In 2011, the Foundation was pleased to award $140,377 to 26 individuals for higher education and 13 students for training and certification programs.

The following scholarship programs are currently accepting applicants:

• Inskeep Legacy Scholarship – College and University
• John Volk Memorial Scholarship – Aviation related Training
• SJICF Career Training Program – Career path education (not 4-year college programs)
